Lake Havasu Unified School District is proud to join Lake Havasu City and invite families and friends to come together for the inaugural G.A.I.N. Event - Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods.
The event will take place Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Rotary Park Ballfields located at 1400 Smoketree Avenue.
This FREE, family-friendly event is designed to strengthen community connections and provide residents with the chance to meet and engage with local first responders in a fun and welcoming environment.
Visitors of all ages will have the chance to see the tools and vehicles used by Lake Havasu City’s emergency services - including fire trucks, SWAT units, K-9 teams, the Bearcat armored vehicle, boats, ambulances, and even a helicopter.
In addition to the exhibits, trained safety personnel will be on site to perform car seat safety checks and demonstrate proper installation techniques to ensure children are traveling safely.
The H.A.V.E.N. Center will also sponsor a car seat giveaway for the first 25 families who attend - available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Alongside the public safety demonstrations, families will enjoy food trucks, bounce houses, and interactive booths featuring community resources and local organizations.
The G.A.I.N. Event is made possible through the collaboration of multiple agencies and community partners, including:
Lake Havasu City Police Department
Lake Havasu City Fire Department
Mohave County Sheriff’s Office
